Boyd Were, son of the late Kasipul MP Charles Ong'ondo Were, has officially declared his interest in succeeding his father in the upcoming by-election.
His announcement follows the tragic assassination of the former MP on April 30, 2025, which left the Kasipul constituency in mourning and without representation.
At only 27, Boyd brings a blend of youthful energy, academic achievement, and public service exposure.
