"You Finished Your Two Terms, Stop Disturbing Us" Farouk Kibet Attacks Uhuru After This

President William Ruto’s personal assistant, Hon. Farouk Kibet, has criticized former president Uhuru Kenyatta, telling him to stop interfering with the current government.

Speaking on Thursday during a public meeting, Kibet said Uhuru had already served his two terms as president and should now allow Ruto to lead the country in peace.

He accused the former president of opposing many government projects and influencing some leaders to fight Ruto’s administration.

“Uhuru Kenyatta finished his ten years in power. He should now let President Ruto work for Kenyans without disturbance. It is wrong for him to keep opposing everything this government is doing,” Kibet said.

Kibet also claimed that instead of supporting the current leadership, Uhuru has chosen to criticize the government and create political tension.

He urged the former president to act as a retired statesman and give the current leaders space to serve the people.

“Leadership is not forever. When your time ends, you should guide and not compete with those in power. Kenyans chose Ruto, and Uhuru should respect that decision,” Kibet added.

His remarks come at a time when there are growing disagreements between Uhuru’s allies and leaders in the Kenya Kwanza government, especially in the Mt Kenya region.

Uhuru has recently spoken out on issues like the economy and governance, statements that have angered UDA leaders.

Kibet said President Ruto is focused on delivering his promises to Kenyans and will not be distracted by political fights. He called on Kenyans to remain united and support the government’s development agenda.
