Trending Now: Several KCSE Candidates Arrested Trying to Burn Their School Over Denial to Leakage

A disturbing incident has come to light involving several KCSE candidates who were reportedly arrested after causing chaos at Samoei Boys High School. 

According to the information shared, the students spent the night in police cells following a dramatic confrontation with school authorities.

The reports indicate that the candidates were angered by what they described as excessively strict security measures imposed during the ongoing KCSE examinations. 

These heightened measures were meant to curb cheating, but the students allegedly saw them as a barrier preventing access to exam leakages.

Shockingly, instead of focusing on their studies, the boys are said to have demanded an opportunity to cheat in their national examinations.

Neighbors living near the school recounted hearing loud screams coming from the institution late in the night. 

Some students were reportedly shouting threats, claiming they intended to burn the school down. 

Their alarming behavior prompted quick intervention from concerned residents, who alerted the police. 

Officers responded promptly, managing to contain the situation before any fire was started.

Fortunately, no school buildings were set ablaze, but the institution did suffer damage as several properties were vandalized during the chaos. 

The arrested students are now expected to appear in court, where they will face charges related to destruction of property and attempted exam malpractice.

Authorities believe that their arrest will serve as a stern warning to other students who might be tempted to engage in similar misconduct during the KCSE period.

Parents and the rest of the students have been urged to remain calm as investigations continue. 

The school administration, together with law enforcement, has assured the public that security has been tightened to ensure learning and examinations proceed without further disruption.
