Former Bahati Member of Parliament Kimani Ngunjiri has called on young Kenyans, especially the Gen Z generation, to embrace unity and avoid divisive regional politics.
Speaking at a public gathering today Sunday, Ngunjiri firmly declared, “Sitaki siasa ya Mulima!” which means, “I don’t want mountain politics.”
According to the outspoken politician, regional fights in politics, particularly those tied to the Mount Kenya region, have slowed down the country’s progress for many years.
He argued that Kenya is greater than any single community or region.
“Kenya is bigger than Murima. Let us stop tribal or regional politics. It is time we move together as one people,” Ngunjiri said.TO READ MORE, TAP HERE.
