Gov Ochilo Reveals Why ODM Leaders Have Different Opinion on Broad Based Gov't

Governor Ochilo Ayacko has addressed the growing discussions within the Orange Democratic Movement (ODM), saying he is not surprised by the different opinions circulating among members.

According to him, it is natural for members to express their views, and such discussions are a sign of engagement rather than division.

In a recent statement, Ayacko emphasized that the varied voices reflect genuine concern for the party’s progress.

“Every member has their own perspective, and that is to be expected,” he said.

“It shows that people care about the direction in which the party is heading and are willing to speak up.”

Ayacko pointed out that in any large political party, differing opinions are normal.

They often spark healthy debate and help leaders understand the issues that matter most to the members.

“These conversations are important because they give leadership a clearer picture of what the people expect from the party,” he explained.

The governor also noted that such expressions of concern indicate that members are attentive to the party’s growth and future strategies.

Rather than seeing the comments as criticism, he believes they should be viewed as opportunities for improvement.

“When members voice their worries, it shows their commitment to making ODM stronger and more responsive to citizens’ needs,” he added.

Ayacko urged party leaders to engage with members and address their concerns openly.

According to him, maintaining transparency and encouraging dialogue can prevent misunderstandings and strengthen unity within the party.

“Listening to members is crucial,” he said.

“It ensures that everyone feels included and that decisions reflect the collective interest of the party.”
