Democracy for Citizens Party (DCP) leader Rigathi Gachagua has strongly criticised President William Ruto’s latest State of the Nation Address, describing it as empty and lacking meaningful solutions for ordinary Kenyans.
Gachagua, who has recently taken a more vocal role in national debates, argued that the president failed to address the real issues affecting families across the country.
According to Gachagua, the speech sounded more like “public relations” than a sincere report on the country’s progress.
