“Be Calm and Show Maturity as You Lead ODM Forward” Atwoli Tells Sifuna

The Central Organisation of Trade Unions (COTU) Secretary General Francis Atwoli has called on ODM Secretary General Edwin Sifuna to stay away from political fights and instead focus on keeping the Orange Democratic Movement strong and united.

Atwoli made the remarks in a statement on his official X account on Tuesday, October 28.

According to Atwoli, this is a very delicate moment for the party after the loss of former party leader Raila Odinga. He described Raila as the glue that held ODM together for many years.

Without him, Atwoli believes that only cooperation and respect among party leaders can maintain the power and influence ODM has built over time.

Atwoli encouraged Sifuna to act with maturity and calmness as he now plays a bigger role in leading the party.
He noted that political fights within the party will only weaken ODM at a time when it needs stability the most. TO READ FULL DETAILS, TAP HERE.
