Addressing lawmakers, governors, and senior officials from across the political spectrum, the Head of State declared that the broad-based government will operate as a structured political coalition, just like any other alliance in Kenya’s history.

The landmark gathering brought together top leadership from the ruling United Democratic Alliance (UDA) and the Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) to chart a unified path ahead of the 2027 General Election.

He noted that political partnerships require clear governance frameworks, structured negotiations, and shared accountability to effectively deliver on key economic reforms and policy priorities.
