The Head of State His Excellency President William Ruto has revealed to the public what late Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) party leader Hon Raila Amollo Odinga kept on saying during the last difficult months of his life and why he (Raila) changed his plans of seeking medical treatment in Germany.
While making the revelation, William Ruto indicated that before Mr Odinga breathed last, he endured difficult months and all through, he kept on saying he was weak because of the strong medication he was taking.
Aside from that, Ruto also indicated that Raila Odinga shared with him details of his medical checkups that he had undergone and the pieces of advise he was given by the special medics in India and Canada.
