For Years I Struggled With Sleepless Nights, Until I Found Out the Real Reason I Couldn’t Rest

For years, I thought sleepless nights were just part of life. I would go to bed tired, but the moment I closed my eyes, my mind refused to switch off.

I would twist, turn, stare at the ceiling, and sometimes even cry out of frustration. By morning, I was exhausted and moody, dragging myself through the day like a zombie.

At first, I blamed stress from work. Then I thought maybe it was caffeine or too much screen time before bed. 

I tried everything herbal teas, sleeping pills, meditation, and even playing soft music — but nothing worked. The nights remained long and painful.

My health started to decline. I developed constant headaches and a weak immune system. Friends noticed that my eyes were always puffy and tired.
